Do I need a mold kit for my GRILLZ?
Note: Every customer needs their own mold impression for their custom grillz. If the impression is done incorrectly, it must be redone and may require an additional fee for any replacements and shipping.
If you need a mold impression kit for your grillz:
Purchase one from our site and we'll ship it directly to you with a return label.
If you already have an existing mold impression for your grillz:
Contact us for the shipping address and ship it in.
Where can I get my mold impression done?
A) You are welcome to contact us and schedule a time and day if you are local to the Los Angeles/SOCAL region to come into our office and get it done.
B) Take to a local dentist or look up a video on How to take an impression for teeth on Youtube.

How long does shipping take?
Processing Time
Custom orders are made-to-order items may take 2-3 weeks. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and the projected delivery date.
Where are orders shipped from?
All custom orders are shipped directly from our office in Alhambra, California.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, you will be sent a tracking confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped. Custom orders are made-to-order items, processing time can take up to 2-3 weeks.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refund Policy
WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS in case your order arrives incorrect or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you can return it or repair or exchange within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. We do not offer refunds in any case.
YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ORDER, IF:
- Your order arrives broken or damaged.
- You received the wrong item, size or color.
YOU CANNOT RETURN YOUR ORDER, IF:
- You purchased the wrong size.
- You do not like the item due to any personal reasons.
- The item is discolored or tarnished AFTER delivery.
- Diamonds fall out or become loose AFTER delivery.
If any diamonds are missing or fall off, we offer repairs free of charge for all customers.
- The bail of your pendant does not fit your chain or necklace.

Cancellation Policy
Please review the following guidelines for the cancellation policy:
Before Mold Shipment to Customer
If you wish to cancel your order before the mold kit has been shipped, you will receive a full refund of the mold kit with no additional fees.
After Mold Shipment to Customer
If your mold kit has been already been shipped and you wish to proceed with cancellation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit except the mold kit fee.
After Mold Return from Customer
If you have already sent back your mold back to us to begin manufacturing, the order can no longer be cancelled.
